The WIFI Monitoring System is a two package system with one part mounted inside the Freeze Dryer’s case (in close proximity to the relay board) and the other part is mounted outside the  Freeze Dryer’s case.  The two are connected by a CAT5 cable (YOU supply).

The System does NOT provide Freeze Dryer Operation control (compared to HarvestRight’s WIFI USB Dongle).

The System’s WIFI access (computer or phone) provides current operational status of the Freeze Dryer’s parameters (Time, Tray Temp, Vacuum Levels,  Heater Status, Compressor Status, and Vacuum Pump Status.

You are able to acquire the data stated above either in numeric or graphic form.

The System provides you with “Product Temperature Protection”.  Many of the products processed in the Freeze Dryer can be made Unusable if the Tray Temperature exceeds a specific value.  The System enables you to SET a Specific Maximum Tray Temperature. Should the Tray Temp exceed this temperature, power to the tray heater is Disconnected with YOU being notified by a WhatsApp Text Message.  The System can be configured to keep the tray heater disconnected until released by YOU, or it can re-enable operation and let the drying process continue.  Either way – your Product is protected from Over Temp.  HarvestRight can NOT provide this capability nor can any other product on the market today.

The System measures Tray Temperature and Vacuum to a far greater resolution than HarvestRight.  HarvestRight uses a 12 bit analog to digital converter (ADC) to measure those to operational parameters – that like measuring the length of a football field to see how many Yards it is.  The System uses a 24 bit ADC to measure the same parameters – which means we can measure the same football length in Inches – NOT yards.

The WIFI System (two parts) is Designed and Manufactured in the USA and comes with a 12 month warranty related to part failures.  Within the first 30 days – System Parts are replaced on my dime.  Outside of 30 days but within 1 year -System Parts are repaired at no cost other than you pay shipping to me.  Outside of 1 year, System Parts can be repaired for $50 with you paying shipping both ways.
