Relay Board – HarvestRight Replacement

This product replaces HarvestRight’s Relay Board which controls Tray Heater Power with an 8 amp relay that WILL fails at some time (NOT if – but WILL).

Contains a 40 amp Heatsinked Triac – SSR – Solid State Relay.  Devices fail when the heat that is generated inside them is not dissipated.  The Heatsink used and shown is capable of dissipating much more heat than actually created.  Should the Triac fail for any reason, a replacement can be obtain from Joe Hinkle.

All Power Relays (Vacuum, Compressor, Capacitor) are Customer Replaceable 16 amp devices – unlike the 8 amp relays used by HarvestRight.  If one should fail for any reason, a replacement can be obtain from Joe Hinkle.  If a relay fails on a HarvestRight Relay Board, your ONLY recourse is to purchase a New Relay Board.

The Traces on the board are designed with 2oz copper making the PCB (Printed Circuit Board) cool running during Freeze Dryer operations.

The Relay Board is mounted in a Tray which has Velcro tape on its back side making it easily secured within the Freeze Dryer’s case.

Joe Hinkle’s WIFI Monitoring System can be easily added thereby providing WIFI data as to the Freeze Dryer’s operation and also providing “Over Temp” Tray Heater protection.  No more failed product should the Tray Temperatures goes over a set temperature.

The Relay Board is Designed and Manufactured in the USA and comes with a 12 month warranty related to part failures.  Within the first 30 days – board is replaced on my dime.  Outside of 30 days but within 1 year – the board is repaired at no cost other than you pay shipping to me.  Outside of 1 year, board can be repaired for $75 with you paying shipping both ways.

Parts (Triac and Relays) can be purchased for $10 plus shipping with You replacing the parts on-site (Directions included).
